GOEC is located in a beautiful setting approximately 30 minutes southeast of Denver in the rolling hills and pine trees between Parker and Elizabeth, Colorado. The center is accessible from two airports: Denver International Airport is about 45 minutes to the north and the Colorado Springs Airport is about 50 minutes to the south.

Gambel Oaks Equestrian Center has focused on the training of Arabian and Half-Arabian performance horses for over ten years. Jim and Linda Hitt are the owners and trainers at the Equestrian Center. They are skilled trainers in all facets of the Arabian and Half-Arabian show ring: Western, English, Hunter, Reining, Trail, and Halter.
